Usable on commercial gates up to 18 ft long with a maximum gate weight of 1500 lbs @ 10 ft, the Genie Commercial Pad Mounted Swing Gate Opener is a simple yet effective swing gate opener for your business. Usable for a wide variety of gate lengths and weights (for full compatability, see below), this swing gate opener features primary and secondary control for dual gates, adjustable speed, allows for up to 250 intellicode transmitters each with unique ID, and even includes a battery backup to keep your facility secure even when the power goes out!
